Carlisle, PA – MARTIN’S Food Markets has completed a major remodel of its store located at 1950 South Pleasant Valley Road in Winchester, Virginia. The store underwent a two-month remodel to provide customers with an expanded product selection and features for a more convenient shopping experience.

“With our remodel now complete, we are excited to offer our customers a wider variety of products at the everyday savings and value they expect from MARTIN’S,” said Ben DeAlexandro, store manager. “On behalf of our store management team and associates, we are proud to showcase our new state-of-the-art shopping amenities to our customers.”

Winchester customers will find key departments such as produce, deli, meat, and bakery have been freshened with new décor and fixtures along with an increased variety of product. Other departments such as frozen food and natural and organic have been expanded.

A cozy WiFi café has been added with a self-service coffee bar featuring other favorite beverages. Customers can check email or surf the Internet in a comfortable café setting complete with tables for dining.

With an eye on energy conservation, LED lighting was newly installed in many areas of the store, including overhead track lights, spotlights on specialty areas & displays, exterior store signs and in the frozen food cases. LED lights are longer-lasting and are expected to reduce wattage by half.

Open twenty-four hours daily, the Winchester MARTIN’S has been in existence since 1990.
