For a delicious and different sour cocktail, substitute scotch, bourbon, or apricot brandy for whisky and follow the directions: Instant Whisky Sour Mix: Easy 1-2-3 directions. Mixing in a shaker: 1. Put 1 jigger (1 1/2 oz.) of whisky and 1 jigger of cold water in a shaker. 2. Pour in the contents of 1 envelope of Bar-Tender's Instant Whisky Sour Mix. 3. Add ice, shake to chill, strain and serve in a sour glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice.
