You Will Need: 2 tablespoons butter (melted). Crust Instructions: Step 1: Prep: Microwave: Butter in microwave-safe bowl 20 to 30 seconds or until melted. Let cool 2 minutes. Step 2: Blend: Crust mix and melted butter in medium bowl with rubber spatula until well blended. Press: Mixture evenly onto bottom of pan; set aside. You Will Need: Cream cheese (softened) 1 (8 oz.) package. 1 egg. Do not eat raw batter. Cheesecake Mix Instructions: Step 1: Prep: Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Step 2. Blend: Blend cheesecake mix and softened cream cheese in a large bowl at low speed with electric mixer about 1 minute until moistened, scraping down sides of bowl. Beat on high for 3 minutes, scraping down sides of bowl. Add egg and beat until fully blended. Pour batter onto crust. Step 3: Bake: Bake on rack in center of oven 51 to 56 minutes or until center is set. Remove cheesecake carefully from oven with both hands using pot holders. Cool cheesecake in pan on wire rack for 20-30 minutes. Refrigerate until completely cool. Do not bake in toaster oven. Store leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator.
