Super Simple to Prepare. What you'll need: 1 packet of Aleia's Coat & Crunch. 2 Tbsp olive oil. 2 lbs chicken breast or tenderloin Non-GMO vegetable spray. Crank up the heat to 425 degrees F. Coat: Drizzle each chicken piece with olive oil, then coat using 1 packet of Aleia's breading mix in shaker bag. Discard bag and any remaining breading mix. Crunch: Spray baking sheet with Non-GMO vegetable spray. Place on baking sheet and lightly spray tops of chicken with Non-GMO vegetable spray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. (minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for chicken, or 145 degrees F for pork chops). Tip: for parmesan chicken, add 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese to breading mix. Honey mustard dipping sauce: 1/4 cup dijon mustard. 1/4 Cup honey. 1/2 Tsp fresh lemon juice.
