For pudding: pour 2 cups cold milk (skim milk) into bowl. Add the mix. With a wire whisk, rotary beater or electric mixer at lowest speed, beat until well blended, about 1-2 minutes. Pour at once into individual serving dishes. Pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat within 5 minutes. For pie: prepare as for pudding, using only 1 3/4 cups cold milk (skim milk) and beating for 1 minute. Mixture will be thin. Pour at once into cooled, baked 8-inch pie shell. Chill at least 1 hour. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
