Servings: 8. 1 Pouch Orrington Farms Organic Beef Stew Seasoning. 2 cups Water. 2 lbs Beef Stew meat (Follow safe handling practices and cook meat thoroughly), cubed. 1 Large onion, chopped. 2 Medium carrots, chopped. 2 Medium potatoes, chopped. 2 Celery stalks, chopped. 1 Can (14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained.Directions: Slow Cooker: Mix contents of pouch with water until completely combined. Place meat and vegetables in slow cooker; pour sauce over. Cover and cook on low 8 hours (or high for 4 hours) until beef is tender. Pressure Cooker: Follow slow cooker recipe above, reducing water to 1 cup. Cook for 40 minutes, or as directed by pressure cooker manufacturer. Stove Top: Mix contents of pouch with water until completely combined. Place meat and vegetables in o large pot; pour sauce over. Cover and let simmer over medium heat until meat is tender and vegetables are cooked, approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
