You Will Need: 1 pkg McCormick Organic Seasoning Mix; 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey; 3/4 cup water/ 12 taco shells or tortillas (6-inch). (To prepare gluten free version of this recipe, read labels of all recipe ingredients to ensure all are gluten free). Assorted Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa or sour cream. Directions: (1) Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. (2) Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. (3) Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm taco shells. Serve with desired toppings. Try this twist! Black Bean Tacos: Mix 2 cans (15 to 16 oz. each) black beans, drained and rinsed, 3/4 cup water and Seasoning Mix in large skillet. Cook as directed above. Spoon into warm tortillas. Serve with desired toppings.
