What You Need: 3 small ripe bananas (1 1/2 cups mashed). 1 tbsp maple syrup (can sub agave or honey). 2 tbsp milk of choice (oat milk suggested). 2 tbsp oil or butter (vegetable or coconut oil suggested). Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease pan. 2. Whisk bananas, oil, milk, and syrup together until smooth. 3. Stir in the dry mix until just combined, then pour batter into pan. For A Loaf: Standard loaf: pan (9 in x5 in): Bake for 45-55 minutes. For Muffins: Standard 12-count muffin pan: Bake for 20-30 minutes. Storage: To store your baked bread: Leave out covered for 3 days; Refrigerate for up to 5 days; Freeze for up to 6 months.
