Dearest Baker, first procure these necessary items: For sponge cake:1/4 cup water; 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 egg. For whipped filling: 1/2 cup milk. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease foil cups. 2. Stir Cake Mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl about 2 minutes or until well blended. Divide batter among foil cups (about 1/3 cup each). 3. Bake 15 to 18 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and remove from foil cup. Cool completely. 4. Beat Whipped Filling Mix and milk in medium bowl on low speed 30 seconds and then on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. 5. Cut each sponge cake in half. Spread bottom half of sponge cake with Strawberry Jam (about 2 teaspoons each). Spread whipped filling on top half of sponge cake (about 3 tablespoons each). Place the half with the whipped filling on top the half with the strawberry filling. Refrigerate leftovers. Do not eat raw cake batter. Lady Crocker’s Tip: Sprinkle each sponge cake with powdered sugar.
