You Will Need: 3 eggs; 1/2 cup milk; 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted). Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Bake cupcakes or cakes in the center of the oven as directed in the chart below or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
