Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: (Makes 4 servings) preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a 12 inch pizza pan or a large baking sheet. Combine pizza crust mix and 1/2 cup hot tap water in mixing bowl. Stir with fork until blended. Form into a ball and grease with about 1 teaspoon oil. Cover and set in a warm place for 5 to 10 minutes. Press dough evenly onto bottom of pan using greased hands. Pinch edges to form a rim. Prick dough with a fork. Bake at 450 degrees F on lowest rack for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread with pizza sauce and your favorite toppings. Bake on lowest rack 10 minutes until crust is golden brown and toppings are hot. Just add water and oil.
