1. Prep: Coat protein or veggies with water, egg wash, or brush with binder of your choice (mayo or mustard). 2. Coat: Shake coating mix onto protein/veggie turning to cover all sides. Lightly press coating to make sure it sticks. Reseal bag to keep extra coating fresh for next time. 3. Cook: Cook using method of your choice. If using air fryer or oven, set temp to 400 degrees F and cook until desired doneness. Great for pan fry, bake, air fry.
