1. Prep: Coat protein or veggies with water, egg wash, or brush with binder of your choice (mayo or mustard). 2. Coat: Shake coating mix onto protein/veggie turning to cover all sides. Lightly press coating to make sure it sticks. Reseal bag to keep extra coating fresh for next time. 3. Cook: Cook using method of your choice. If using air fryer or oven, set temp to 400 degrees F and cook until desired doneness. Great for pan fry, bake, air fry. Coat pork chops and serve with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies… Sprinkle over roasted cauliflower or veggies and broil for a crunchy side… And so much more.
