Directions: (1) Mix packet contents with oil and wine vinegar. (2) Place pork chops in a sealable dish or resealable bag. (3) Pour marinade over pork. If in a dish, flip to coat all sides. If in a bag, seal bag and massage to thoroughly coat. (4) Marinate 30 minutes or longer. (5) Grill 6-8 minutes each side, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees - 160 degrees. Tips: Substitute pork chops with portabellas; marinate and grill to desired doneness.
