Prep Time: 5 minutes; Cook Time: 20 minutes; Makes 8 servings. You will need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix 2 tbsp. mayonnaise. 4 boneless chicken breasts, about 1/2 to 1-inch thickness (about 1-3/4 lbs.) Oven Directions: 1 PrehetT oven to 400 degrees F. Place chicken on large foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. 2 Brush top of chicken breasts with mayonnaise. Coat top of chicken breasts with Seasoning Mix, pressing lightly to adhere. 3 Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F). Air Fryer Directions: 1 Preheat air fryer on 360 degrees F for 3 minutes. Brush top of chicken breasts with mayonnaise. Coat top of chicken breasts with Seasoning Mix, pressing lightly to adhere. Place chicken, coating-side up, in single layer in air fryer. 2 Air Fry 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F). Kitchen Tips: Try substituting BBQ Sauce, a mixture of mayonnaise & hot sauce or sour cream in place of the mayonnaise. Sprinkle the Seasoning Mix onto potatoes, casseroles or roasted veggies for extra crunch and flavor.
