Buffalo Wings: Prep time: 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Cook time: 30 minutes. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix. 2-1/2 lbs. chicken wings. Directions: Preheat: Oven to 450 degrees F. Cut chicken wings at joints and discard tips or use 2 lbs. chicken wing drummettes. Place wings in large resealable plastic bag. Sprinkle: Seasoning Mix over wings. Seal bag and shake to coat evenly. Arrange wings in single layer on foil-lined 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Discard bag. Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through. Kitchen Tips: Serve wings with blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery sticks, if desired. Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip: Mix 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 1 cup sour cream and 1 pkg. Seasoning Mix in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken. Spoon into lightly greased pie plate. Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, if desired. Serve with assorted dippers.
