Pumpkin Chili Prep time: 5 minutes. Cook time: 15 minutes. Makes 7 servings. You will Need: 1 Pkg. McCormick seasoning mix. 1 lb. lean ground beef or Turkey. 1 can (15 to 16 oz). kidney beans, undrained. 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree. 1 can (14 ½ oz) diced tomatoes, undrained. 1 cup water. Assorted toppings: Shredded cheese, chopped onions or sour cream. Directions: 1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium high heat. Drain fat. 2. Stir in seasoning mix, beans, pumpkin, tomatoes and water. bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired. Must be cooked for food safety. Kitchen Tips: Substitute any variety of canned beans (15 to 16 oz.), undrained in place of the kidney beans.
