You will need: 2-3 ripe avocados (about 2 cups mashed). Directions: Makes about 16 servings. 1. Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove pit. Using a spoon, scoop out the insides and discard the outer peel. 2. Combine contents of pouch with the avocados; stir until blended. 3. Cover and chill for 30 minutes before serving. Serving Suggestion: Layered Ranchero Dip: Spread prepared guacamole on a large, shallow platter. In the order listed, sprinkle with: 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles (drained), 4 oz shredded Mexican blend cheese, 1 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup sliced green onions and 3 tablespoons sliced black olives.
