You Will Need: 1 lb. Chicken, sliced, or protein of choice, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 medium onion, sliced. 1 bell pepper, sliced. Directions: 1. Add 1 tbsp. oil to a large pan on medium-high heat. 2. Add chicken or other protein, vegetables, and 1 packet of seasoning; cook, stirring frequently, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables reach your desired doneness. Also Try: Grill: Coat chicken or protein of choice with 1 tbsp. oil and seasoning; grill over medium-high heat until done. Grill vegetables while letting chicken rest, then slice chicken. Elote Corn: Lightly coat ear of corn with mayonnaise, sprinkle seasoning evenly and finish off with Parmesan or cotija cheese.
