All it takes is McCormick flavor. You Will Need: 1/4 cup oil; 2 tbsp water; 2 tbsp white vinegar; 2 lbs shrimp*, salmon or chicken. Directions: 1. Whisk Marinade Mix, oil, water and vinegar in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp. marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag. 2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking. * Do note marinade seafood longer than 30 minutes. Grilling Tip: Orange Baja Marinade: Whisk together Marinade Mix, 1/4 cup each orange juice and oil and 1 tbsp. honey in Step 1. Continue as directed.
