GMO: Guttenplan’s exclusively uses the highest quality USDA approved raw ingredients such as wheat flour, soybean oil, and corn products. While all our ingredient suppliers are FDA approved and adhere to established GMP standards, the prevalence of undeclared, genetically modified foods in the marketplace does not allow us to guarantee Guttenplan’s products to be GMO-free.
Basic Handling Instructions: 1. Setup 5 x 1 on screen using pan release or paper. 2. Thaw covered overnight in retarder, 16 hr max. 3. Seed or top as desired. 4. Proof twice frozen size. 5. If desired, allow to dry & score with 1 lengthwise cut. 6. Bake at 380 degrees for 24-28 min. With 15 sec. Of steam. 7. Allow to cool before packaging. Recommended pan layout. Storage and Handling: Keep container closed and reseal plastic bag when not in use. For best results store at or below 10 degrees F. Bake product before consuming. Shelf Life: 100 days.
