You Will Need: 1 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in 1/2-inch cubes. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 2 tablespoons water. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. 1. Stir chicken pieces, oil, and Seasoning Mix in 10-inch non-stick skillet until well coated. Cook over medium-high heat 7 to 8 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked (165 degrees F). Reduce heat; add water and cook uncovered, while stirring, 1 to 2 minutes, or to desired consistency. 2. Remove tortillas from bag. To heat in microwave, place stack of tortillas on microwavable plate. Cover with microwavable paper towel. Microwave on High 30 to 45 seconds until warm.
