GMO Guttenplan's exclusively uses the highest quality USDA-approved raw ingredients such as wheat flour, soybean oil, and corn products. While all our ingredient suppliers are FDA approved and adhere to established G.M.P. standards, the prevalence of undeclared, genetically modified foods in the marketplace does not allow us to guarantee Guttenplan's products to be GMO-Free. Frozen dough specialist. Appx. frozen size: 2.5 inches. Appx. Baked size: 4 inches. Gross weight: 36.5 lbs (Includes .8 lbs for pallet). Box: 15-1/4 x 11-3/4 x 9-3/4 inches. MSDS: Food or alcoholic beverages which are sold, used, or prepared in a retail establishments (e.g., a grocery store, restaurant or bar establishments) are exempt from the provisions of the Hazard Communication Standards (HCS) (29 CFR 1910. 1200). Therefore, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is not provided with Guttenplan's frozen dough product.
Basic Handling Instructions: 1) Setup 6 x 4 on screen using pan release or paper. 2) Thaw covered overnight in retarder, 16 hr max. 3) Seed or top as desired. 4) Proof twice frozen size. 5) Bake at 380 degrees for 13-16 min. with 10 sec. of steam. 6) Allow to cool before packaging. Recommended pan layout. Storage and Handling: Keep container closed and reseal plastic bag when not in use. For best results store at or below - 10 degrees F. Bake product before consuming. Shelf life: 100 Days.
