Heating Instructions: Microwave: (Recommended) From Refrigerator: Wrap in paper towel and heat for 30 - 40 seconds, flip sandwich and heat another 15 - 25 seconds. From Frozen: Wrap in paper towel and heat for 45 seconds. Flip sandwich and heat another 45 seconds. Pro Tip from Frozen: Place only the sausage and egg on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 55 seconds. Next, rebuild the sandwich with cheese and buns, place on microwave safe plate, and heat for 30 seconds. If needs more time, flip and heat for 15-25 more seconds. Due to variations ovens cooking times may vary. Adjust cooking time to reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F for safety and best quality. Keep frozen my friends.
