Cooking Instructions: Best Mochi Texture & Flavor: Pancakes: 2; Mix: 1 cup; Water: 1/3 cup + 1-2 tbsp. Pancakes: 9; Mix: Full package; Water: 1 cup. Waffles: 2; Mix: 1 cup; Water: 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp. Waffles: 4; Mix Full package; Water: 1 cup + 2 tbsp. In a large bowl add MIX. Add water and whisk until batter is smooth. If batter is thick, add teaspoon of water as needed. Let batter sit for 5 minutes before use. Pancakes: Preheat griddle or frying pan to 350 degrees F. (approx. Medium heat. Lightly oil griddle or frying pan. Pour batter into pan creating a 4 inch circle. Cooking about 2 minutes per side, flipping when several bubbles are formed and edges start to brown. Serve after fully cooked.
