Boost your protein: 1 cup mix: Makes 5-6 4-inch pancakes; 15 g protein* per serving: 1 cup mix + 2/3 cup water; 17 g protein* per serving: 1 cup mix + 2/3 cup milk. 20 g protein* per serving: 1 cup mix + 2/3 cup milk & 1 egg. Tip: For thinner pancakes, add more water or milk. Protein amount will vary from above. * See nutrition facts for sodium content. Directions: 1. Heat griddle to 375 degrees F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle. 2. Whisk mix and water (or milk/egg, if using). Batter will be thick. For thinner pancakes, add more water or milk. Do not over - mix. 3. Pour slightly less than 1/2 cup batter per pancake onto griddle. 4. Cook pancakes 1 3/4 - 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. (Note: Flip only once. Bubbles may not form).
