Pancakes: 5-6 pancakes; 1 cup mix; 3/4 cup water. 10-12 pancakes; 2 cups mix; 1-1/2 cups water. 15-18 pancakes; 3 cups mix; 2-1/4 cups water. 1. Prep the griddle by coating it with a little vegetable oil. Heat it over medium high heat, or turn your electric griddle to 375 degrees F. 2. Mix your ingredients in a bowl until you get rid of any large lumps. Your batter may be a little lumpy. Allow batter to sit for two minutes. 3. Pour on a little less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto your hot griddle. 4. Cook 1-1/2 - 2 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown. Waffles: 2-3 waffles; 1 cup mix; 3/4 cup water. 1. Heat your waffle iron. 2. Combine in a large bowl, the mix and water. Stir to get rid of any large lumps. 3. Cook according to the waffle iron instructions or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown. Power Up Your Protein: 15 g protein per serving: 1 cup mix + 3/4 cup water. 18 g protein per serving: 1 cup mix + 3/4 cup milk. 21 g protein per serving: 1 cup mix + 2/3 cup milk & 1 egg.
