Assembly Instructions: 1. Set Up: Choose a cutting board or platter to use as your base. Unbox your ingredients, put on some holiday tunes, and grab a glass of your favorite festive beverage! Put the cheese spread into the piping bag, using a knife or spoon. Twist the top of the piping bag to close it. TIP: the cheese spread should be room temperature and creamy. If the cheese is too soft, put it in the refrigerator; if it's too firm, massage it. Cut the tip of the piping bag 1/4 inch from the end. If there's any excess liquid, drain it from the tip. 2. Build: Cracker A front, Cracker B sides, Cracker C back, Cracker D roof. Take Cracker (A) and pipe a line of cheese along its bottom edge. Place it on the base with the door facing outward. Take one Cracker (B) and pipe cheese on the bottom edge and on both side edges. Attach it to the rear of Cracker (A); repeat with the other Cracker (B). Take Cracker (C) and pipe the bottom edge, then press it against the two side Crackers (B) to finish forming the walls of the house. Pipe a line of cheese along the top edges of all Crackers (A), (B), and (C). Affix one Cracker (D) to the house, with its top corners at the peaks of Crackers (A) and (C). The roof will slightly overhang Cracker (B). Pipe cheese along the top edge of that Cracker (D) and then affix the final Cracker (D) to the other side, completing the roof. 3. Decorate: Use the remaining cheese to affix the decor items to the house. Like salami shingles, fruit, nut, and seed ornaments, and parmesan snow! Eat immediately or refrigerate after building. The Mini Charcuterie Chalet can be the centerpiece of a charcuterie board; surround it with additional meats and cheeses. It's great for a festive holiday party with friends or a fun family activity - cheers! Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
