Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Do not microwave or thaw. Cook from frozen until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (as measured with a food thermometer). Preferred Method: Steam: 1. Add 2-3 inches of water to a large pot or pan and bring to a boil (medium-high heat). 2. Place dumplings in a lined steamer basket, spaced 1 inch apart (steamer liners can be found inside the packaging). 3. Cover and steam for 11 minutes over boiling water. 4. Remove steamer from heat and rest for 1 minute with lid on. Serve with your favorite sauces. Alternative Method: Pan-Fry: 1. Heat 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. 2. Place dumplings in the pan about 1 inch apart and cook until bottoms are golden brown (about 5 minutes). 3. Add 1/4 inch of water, cover, and steam for 8 minutes until fully cooked. 4. Remove and enjoy with your favorite sauces. Caution: The soup in cooked soup dumplings is extremely hot. Let dumplings rest for at least 1 minute before consuming. Perishable. Keep frozen.
