Cooking instructions: Cook from frozen until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Pre-heat the pan on medium heat with oil. Pan-fry potstickers with flat side down until golden. Add some hot water and cover with lid cook for 3-4 mins. Remove lid to evaporate all water and cook until potstickers become crispy. Pre-heat oil to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Deep-fry for 3-4 mins until golden and crispy. Air-fry at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 5-6 mins until golden and crispy. Steam for 6-7 mins until fully cooked. Transfer the potstickers onto a microwave-safe dish with a lid. Microwave (1000 w) for 1-1/2 - 2 mins. Keep frozen.
