Microwave (1,200 watt): remove burrito from wrapper and place on a microwave safe plate. Heat uncovered on full power.flip burrito to heat thoroughly. Caution: filling may be hot. Frozen: 40 seconds per side Thawed: 25 seconds per side Oven: preheat oven to 375°f and spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.remove burrito from wrapper and place flap-side down bake uncovered until thoroughly heated. Frozen 35 to 40 minutes Thawed: 20 to 25 minutes.
