Your New Favorite Recipe: Spinach and Cheese Tortelloni En Brodo: Ingredients for 4-6 servings: 1-16 oz package Taste Republic Gluten-Free Spinach & Cheese Tortelloni. 1-1/2 quarts (6 cups) chicken or vegetable broth. 1/2 tsp kosher salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper, plus more for garnish. 2 cups spinach. 1 lemon, juiced and zested. 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese. Instructions: In a large pot, bring broth to a boil; season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off heat and add spinach and lemon juice, stirring until spinach is wilted and bright green. Ladle pasta and broth into large shallow bowls and finish with Parmesan cheese, grated lemon zest, and freshly cracked black pepper. Heating Instructions: Boil: Bring 3-4 quarts of water to a boil. Add the tortelloni and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce. Skillet: Add tortelloni to a skillet with 3 tbsp of olive oil or desired sauce. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Check that the tortelloni are heated thoroughly. Serve & enjoy. Product internal temperature must be 160 degrees F or higher. Keep frozen.
