Microwave: Cooking Instructions: Microwave (1000-1200 watt microwave ovens): Cover bottom of a microwavable dish with your favorite sauce. Place frozen Stuffed Shells in dish, cover generously with more sauce. Cover dish with microwave safe lid or wrap. Microwave on high for 7-8 minutes. Cook until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. Dish may be hot after microwaving, open carefully. Let stand for 2 minutes and serve. Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: Cover bottom of baking dish with your favorite sauce. Place Stuffed Shells 1/2 inch apart and cover generously with sauce. Cover dish with aluminum foil. If frozen, bake in 375 degrees F oven for approximately 45 minutes. If thawed, bake for approximately 25 minutes. Cook until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. Microwaveable. For food safety, follow cooking instructions.
