Cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: Microwave Oven: Cut film to vent, cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove film and stir well. Cook an additional 1 minute or until temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let rest for 1 minute. Enjoy! Ovens vary, cooking times may need to be adjusted. Microwaves below 1100 Watts may need extra time to reach proper temperature. Conventional Oven: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F; Place bowl in oven with film intact (don't remove or cut it); Bake for 40 min or until temp reaches 165 degrees F; Remove film, stir well. Enjoy!
