Cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: Microwave Oven: Cut film to vent, cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove film and stir well. Cook an additional 1 minute or until temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let rest for 1 minute. Enjoy! Ovens vary, cooking times may need to be adjusted. Microwaves below 1100 watts may need extra time to reach proper temperature. Conventional Oven: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Place bowl in oven with film intact (don't remove or cut it). Bake for 40 min or until temp reaches 165 degrees F. Remove film, stir well. Enjoy!
