Microwave Preparation: 1. Remove carton. 2. 2.5 min: Place tray in the microwave and cook for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. 3. Peel off film and stir thoroughly. 4. 2.5 min: Cook for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds. 5. 1 min: Stand for 1 minute. 700 W: 7 min. 900 W: 6 min. 1000 W: 5 min. 1200 W: 4 min. Conventional Oven Preparation: 1. Remove carton. 2. Place tray in a preheated oven at 360 degrees F. 3. Cook for 15 minutes, then carefully peel back the film, avoiding the steam.
