Flip fries over and continue baking an additional 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately. Fill deep fryer basket half full of frozen fries and carefully lower into hot oil. Deep fry 2-1/2 to 3 minutes. Drain and spread on absorbent paper. Season to taste and serve immediately. Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Always add product carefully. Note: Cook from frozen state using recommended time and temperature.
