Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Place sealed sauce packet in bowl of warm water until thawed. Do not put sauce packet in microwave. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Empty entire contents of frozen vegetables in a single layer on baking sheet. 3. Optional: Coat vegetables with small amount of olive oil before placing in oven. 4. Roast for 18-22 minutes until the edges start to brown. Stir halfway through cooking. 5. Pour into serving dish, drizzle sauce over vegetables and enjoy! Air Fryer: Never defrost frozen vegetables before air frying. 1. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F temperature. 2. Empty entire contents of frozen vegetables and arrange in a single layer on an air fryer pan. 3. Optional: Coat vegetables with small amount of olive oil before placing in air fryer. 4. Once air fryer is pre-heated, cook frozen vegetables for 7-10 minutes. 5. Pour into serving dish, drizzle sauce over vegetables and enjoy! Microwave: 1. Empty entire contents of frozen vegetables into a 2-quart microwaveable dish with 1/4 cup of water. 2. Cover and cook on high power for 5-7 minutes. 3. Drain excess liquid, drizzle sauce over vegetables and serve. If a softer texture is desired, increase cooking time slightly.
