Cooking instructions: air fryer - start cooking smarter! 1. Never defrost frozen seasoned veggies before air frying. 2. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F temperature. 3. Cut open bag and arrange frozen veggies in a single layer on air fryer pan. 4. Select 400 degrees F temperature and 7-10 min cooking time treatment. 5. Pour into serving dish and enjoy! Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F temperature 2. Place your baking pan in the oven while it preheats. 3. Spread vegetables on the baking pan in a single layer. 4. Roast for 18-22 minutes until the edges begin to brown. Stir halfway through. 5. Pour into serving dish and enjoy! Microwave: 1. Place bag this side up in microwave. Microwave on high for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes. Bag will inflate and vent. 2. Let stand 1 minute. Remove carefully and cut open where indicated. 3. Pour into serving dish and enjoy!
