How to Cook ’Em: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Stove Top: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 cup of frozen shiitake mushrooms to the pan. Stir constantly and continue to cook on medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes or until just beginning to brown. Season to taste and serve. Microwave: Place 1 cup of frozen shiitake mushrooms in a covered microwavable bowl. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary. Do not microwave in bag. Try it in a stir fry with asparagus, assorted vegetables, and tofu. Serve stir fry mix a teriyaki sauce over a bed of rice. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw and refreeze.
