Directions: As a Soaking Solution: Pour at least 2 cups of Dr. Teal's Soaking Solution with Pure Epsom Salt under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes to help soothes tired, achy muscles. As a Warm Compress: Dissolve 1 cup of Epsom Salt in 1 quart of warm water. Using a towel, apply solution to the affected area for 15-20 minutes to ease pain and reduce swelling. Repeat as needed. Good for 12 months once opened.
