Directions: Adults mix 2 teaspoons with 8 fl oz of warm or cold water once a day. Stir well and enjoy. Tip: Product may fizz when first mixed (especially when using warm water). To mix, place 2 teaspoons of powder into your cup, add 3 fl oz of water, let fizz, and stir until dissolved. Then add the remaining water, stir well and enjoy. Store at 15 - 30 degrees C (59 - 86 degrees F). Protect from light, heat, and moisture.
