Application Instructions: Remove transparent covering. Place design face down on skin. Apply water onto tattoo backing and make sure entire design is covered. Wait 30-40 seconds. Slowly remove paper and reveal design. Removal Instructions: Using a cotton ball or washcloth, apply water and soap and gently rub the area of the tattoo until it is completely removed.
