Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Directions: Remove fresh product from package before cooking. 1. Grill: Brush grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Heat to high. 2. Cook 12 to 17 minutes, turning every 2 to 3 minutes to prevent burning. Broil: 1. Adjust oven rack so tops of kabobs are 6 to 8 inches from heat. Preheat oven to broil. Coat a baking sheet lightly with nonstick cooking spray and place kabobs on baking sheet. 2. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes turning kabobs once at 7 minutes stop prevent burning. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances and product thickness may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Do not microwave. Keep refrigerated.
