Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. A keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen wings in a lightly oiled baking pan. Bake 15 minutes, turn and cover with cooking sauce if desired. Bake 20 minutes more until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. Grill: brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Prepare grill so heat is medium-hot. (If using a charcoal grill, test temperature by holding your hand 6 inches above the grill rack. Temperature is medium-hot if you can hold your hand there comfortably for 3-4 seconds.) place frozen wings on rack directly over fire; cover and cook 22 minutes turning once during cook, until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. Skillet: heat 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil per wing in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add thawed wings, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 28 minutes turning occasionally, until browned and internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F. Ready to cook from frozen. Individually frozen. Keep frozen.
