Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. For food safety cook to 165 degrees F. Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange at least 2 inches apart in an oven safe dish. Bake on the center rack for 20-25 minutes, and until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F throughout each meatball. Stovetop: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes then flip meatballs. Continue cooking for 11-13 more minutes stirring/shaking the pan frequently to ensure even cooking on all sides of the meatball. Use a meat thermometer to confirm internal temperature is 165 degrees F throughout each meatball. Previously handled frozen for your protection, refreeze or keep refrigerated.
