Cooking Instructions: Pan/Stove Top: Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a small saute pan. Cook frozen patty on medium heat for about 6 minutes on each side or until lightly brown. Over/Toaster Oven (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen patty on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Microwave: Remove patty from plastic and place on a microwave safe plate. Cook on high for 1 minute. Carefully flip and cook an additional 1 minute. Base on 1100 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate. Keep frozen prior to use. For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
