Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Heating Instructions for Your Cooked Ham: Conventional Oven: Place ham in a pan and cover tightly with a lid or foil, covering the pan bottom with a small amount of water to ensure juiciness. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes per pound for best results. Microwave Oven: Cover medium or thin slices of ham with a paper towel and microwave at medium (50% power) for 45 seconds to one minute per serving. For more than one serving, rotate slices halfway through heating time. Keep refrigerated.
