Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Heating instructions: Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Microwave: (1) Remove wrap and place on microwave-safe dish. (2) Cover with lid or plastic wrap (pierce to vent). (3) Set microwave on med-hi power for 2 - 2-1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, 140 degrees F. Grill: (1) Remove wrap. (2) Place ham steak on the grill for 2-1/2 minutes on medium high flame. (3) Turn for an additional 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, 140 degrees F. Skillet: (1) Remove wrap and score edges about every 2 inches to avoid curling. (2) Place ham steak in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and fry for 2-1/2 - 3 minutes on medium heat. (3) Turn. Fry for an additional 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, 140 degrees F. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
