Asian essentials. Possessing stems with a celery-like crunch and sweet, tender leaves, Melissa's Bok Choy Leaves are a good source of Vitamins A and C. It is a common ingredient in stir-fries and is also delicious braised or in soups. To wash, trim just enough of the bottom to leave stalk intact. Swish through water-filled sink or bowl several times to remove sand between stalks. If chopping, pull stalks apart and rinse several times; spin or pat dry. Very good in noodle soups.
Keep refrigerated.
